GLENBOWER (14) had a bit on his rivals when when resuming from a lay-off most recently, recording an impressive win over 6f at Newcastle. Gets some weight relief this time. Sure to go well based on the latest effort. NAVY BLOOD (4) turned in a modest performance when seventh last time out over 7f at Randwick, beaten 7 lengths. That followed a win at Newcastle at the previous outing. Has his share of talent. Hard to beat in this suitable race. SUMO STAR (16) took advantage of the good draw last start and was in the firing line for much of the way before being swamped in the run home, finishing eighth and beaten 8 lengths over 7f at Randwick. Jett Stanley has registered two minor placings when on board. Deserves respect.
