Multiple Group 3 placegetter AIRMAN (5) made a solid return here last start, finishing third over 5½f and beaten 1.2 lengths. When resuming run. Ready to find winning form. Group 2 placegetter COAL CRUSHER (2) showed good early speed and raced on the pace last start before fading to finish fourth, beaten 2.5 lengths, over 6½f in the G1 Canterbury Stakes at Randwick. Will go forward and is expected to be in the finish. Group 1 placegetter HAWAII FIVE OH (1) finished fifth over 7½f in the Golden Eagle at this track at his most recent appearance on November 4. Definite top-three chance. Multiple Group 2 placegetter MALKOVICH (6) showed good early dash and led for much of the way before weakening out of it when 5 lengths away in sixth over 6½f in the G1 Canterbury Stakes at Randwick. Will find this a little easier than last start. Must be respected.
