YEAH COPY (7) returns after a lay-off of four-and-a-half months. Looking to emulate his win at this track when returning from a lay-off last prep. Has found the right race. THE HAIRDRESSER (5) made progress last start to finish second over 6½f at this track after being prominent at the bend. Looks well placed so expect another big run. WOODSTOCK ROCK (4) broke his maiden last start over 6f at Mackay, scoring by half a length. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Tougher assignment this time but is one of the main contenders. BORNEES LAD (9) was beaten 11 lengths into 11th over 6½f at this track at his latest appearance. Better than recent efforts suggest.
