MR GREY (4) missed the placings two runs back then did well last start but found a couple better over 7f at Yeppoon, beaten only 0.7 lengths. Meeting a deeper field this time but he cannot be overlooked. GENERAL HIPPO (2) has scored at his last two starts, most recently by 1.3 lengths over 7¾f at Mackay. That continued the solid form this campaign, with two wins from four starts. Big chance once again. BO BO BEWARE (3) progressed nicely last time out to finish just 1.3 lengths from the winner in second over 7¾f at Mackay after being in the firing line on the corner. Has his share of ability. Hard to beat in this suitable race. ROY'S ROAD (5) was beaten 2 lengths into fifth in a 1m contest at this track last time out. Capable of featuring prominently.
