CONDRIEU (6) missed the placings two starts back then ran a better race and finished 0.8 lengths away in fourth last time out over 1m2f at Kembla Grange. Taking on a better field but she is capable of running a bold race. PURE HYDROGEN (5) turned in a decent effort last start to finish third over 1m1 1/4f at Newcastle. Stepping up a level this time but on his best form he is good enough to take this out. JACOB'S TIME (3) pushed forward from a wide draw last time out and was prominent for a long way before fading to finish fifth over 1m2f in the G3 Frank Packer Plate at Randwick. Will give backers a sight. SHE'S GOT VEUVE (11) is building towards a win with placings at her last two runs, the latest effort a third over 1m2 1/2f at Gosford when beaten 2.75 lengths. Facing a tougher assignment but is not to be discounted.
