Race Tip

ETOILE FILANTE (3) finished sixth over 6f at Mornington at his most recent appearance on January 22. Now under the care of new trainer Kris Lees. Strong chance to kick the campaign off on the right note. ALTERCATION (4) found the line nicely last start to get up for second over 4½f at Newcastle. Solid prospects. TOYGER (7) won two runs ago when resuming but couldn't repeat the dose last time when fourth over 5f at Taree. Has good early speed so should take up a forward position. Will give backers a great sight. WHAT A RUSH (10) finished fifth when when resuming from a lay-off last start over 5f at Taree after racing on the pace for much of the way. Among the chances.
