DON'T HIT ME BASH (3) turned in a modest performance when tenth last time out over 1m at Santa Anita, beaten 42 lengths. That followed a win at Los Alamitos at the previous outing. Won't find this as tough so he is a major player. NO D'ORO (1) is a promising type still in first campaign but off to a great start to career. Already a two time winner including last start when scoring by 4 lengths over 6f at this track (Dirt). Unbeaten here and expected to run well again. MAJESTIC COTTON (6) won his maiden three starts back and is nearing another victory with placings at his last two runs, most recently when third over 6f at this track (Dirt). Winning rider Asa Espinoza stays aboard. Should be involved in the finish. GOLDEN RIVER (2) registered his first win last start over 5f at Fresno (Dirt), getting home by 0.8 lengths. Hugo Herrera was in the saddle on that occasion and retains the mount. One of the likely contenders despite the step up in grade.
