SET ME LOOSE (8) kicked off this campaign with a win two runs ago. Not as effective last time out when fourth over 5f at Caulfield, beaten 5. 5 lengths after being in the firing line on the corner. Has the class to figure prominently. MAGNARDO (3) scored at her most recent appearance, getting home by 4 lengths over 6f at this track as favourite. That continued the very strong form this campaign, with 11 wins and four minor placings from 15 outings. Big chance once again. FARAWAY DREAM (6) finished 1. 1 lengths from the winner in fourth last start over 5f at Sandown-Hillside, an improvement on her when resuming fifth at Caulfield Heath the run before. Finds an easier assignment and can get the job done. SHAH JAHAN (12) was too good for a maiden field last start over 5½f at Geelong, scoring by a nose. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. This is tougher but he cannot be underestimated.
