TENSILE (7) hit the frame two starts ago at Cranbourne but ran below par last time when eighth and beaten 22 lengths over 1m at Cranbourne. Has his share of ability. Hard to beat in this suitable race. AMRAAM (1) did little and finished 8 lengths from the winner in fifth over 6f at this track last start, a less impressive effort than his fourth on debut at Mornington the run before. Ideally placed and is sure to prove tough to beat. MCLOVIN (3) is a three-start maiden who finished fourth, beaten 5.5 lengths, when resuming from a lay-off last start over 5f at Seymour. Should progress from that last outing and poses a genuine threat. MONTANA ROSE (10) has not raced since her debut back on November 12 when she finished eighth over 6f at Mornington. Can improve sharply.
