MR TICKLES (4) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 5f at Mornington, beaten 6 lengths into fourth. Taking on a better line-up this time but he is good enough to play a major role. I AM VICTORIOUS (6) got off the mark over 6f at Mornington last start, scoring by a head. Sparingly raced and has more to offer. Logan Bates was in the saddle on that occasion and retains the mount. Nicely placed to double the win tally. SHE'S SLICK (12) launched her career with a win two runs ago. Not as effective last time out when fifth over 5f at Mornington, beaten 6 lengths. Tackling a deeper field this time but she is good enough to feature. MALLETIER (10) showed good early speed over 5f at Wangaratta last time and went on to salute by 1.75 lengths. Takes on a tougher assignment this time but is not to be discounted.
