TENDERIZE (4) started at 15/2 last time and ran below expectations, finishing ninth and beaten 6 lengths at Rosehill over 7½f. Meets a stronger field but he is good enough to take this out. SARRISMO (2) has won four from eight and is unbeaten in two runs this campaign, including a victory over the same trip last start. In top form and among the leading chances. ACHESON (7) made it two wins in a row last time out when he scored by one length over 1m at Canberra. This looks a sterner test than last time but on current form he is right in contention. CANADIAN RULER (3) finished second at Sapphire Coast two runs back but didn't measure up last time over 7f in the Country Championships Final at Randwick, finishing 4. 5 lengths back in tenth. Likely improver with top-three prospects.
