BURMA STAR (2) settled well back then came home powerfully to score by a nose over 7f in the LR Amanda Elliott (VRC Springtime Stakes) at Flemington last time out. Takes on tougher opposition this time but he is right in this. GRAND PRAIRIE (1) finished 5 lengths away in ninth last time out over 7f at Flemington a week-and-a-half ago. Steps up in distance. Reunites with Tom Sherry who has two wins from four rides. Sure to run well. ROSA INCANTA (9) got off the mark over 6½f at this track last start, scoring by 1. 5 lengths. Sparingly raced and has more to offer. Tougher task this time but expected to be competitive again. GREEN SPACES (3) was a winner over 1m at Wyong last time out, dropping out early before coming home with a powerful run to score by 0. 7 lengths. Goes up a notch this time but can figure in the finish.
