GENERAL SOHO (4) kept coming but just failed to pick up the winner last start over 7½f at this track. Has race fitness on his side now. Meeting a deeper field this time but he is good enough to play a major role. MAGICON (6) produced another moderate effort last start when 6 lengths from the winner in tenth over 1m1f at Randwick. Nicely placed to find some form.
