Big chance to break through. BARRON (2) ran a better race last start to finish a close second over 6f at Murwillumbah after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Has the talent to take this out. MISS BOMBSHELL (14) is a locally trained maiden galloper resuming from a lay-off after finishing sixth over 5¼f at Gold Coast Poly at the latest appearance on June 24. Fitter for two trials, placing most recently. Capable of a big return. BACK ON DE QUO (1) resumes from a lay-off of five-and-a-half months. Looked close to a win before that break, finishing off with a minor placing over 6f at Murwillumbah. Ran seventh in a recent trial at Murwillumbah. Nicely placed and can figure in the finish.
