STAR SEEKER (2) raced on the speed from the outset last start and finished second, beaten 2 lengths, over 1m at Gatton. This is the right race and can get the job done. BURNT BUTTER (3) progressed nicely last time out at the second run of the campaign and finished just 1.4 lengths from the winner in third over 5f at Coffs Harbour after being in the firing line on the turn. Has the talent to figure prominently. COTTON CAPER (8) is experiencing a long win drought, extended last start when sixth over 5f at Taree. The engagement of Danny Peisley is noteworthy. This is a nice drop in grade so she is one of the main contenders. SNIPILLICIOUS (6) returned from a lay-off three weeks ago when he was prominent at the turn before being beaten 3 lengths into fifth over 5f at Ballina. Fitter so anticipating a better run this time.
