RUMINATE (1) finished third two runs back at Moonee Valley then improved last time out to score by a neck over 7½f at Caulfield Heath. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. STARTS NOW (6) was in the firing line on the corner and progressed nicely last start to finish a close second over 1m at Morphettville after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Likely improver with strong prospects. PEARL ADIOS (2) finished ninth two runs back then did well last start but found a couple better over 7f at this track, beaten only 0.8 lengths after being in the firing line on the bend. Jason Holder gets the best out of this five-year-old gelding. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. ANGELIC APPEAL (4) turned in a much better effort last time out to score by 0.7 lengths over 7f at this track. Looks well placed so expect another big run.
