CURIE (6) drifted well back when resuming last start before winding up strongly to finish third, beaten 2. 5 lengths, over 5f at Kembla Grange. Will be tough to hold out again. TIGLETTA (8) wound up strongly last time out to finish 0. 9 lengths adrift in third over 5f at Gosford when fresh from a lay-off. Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset. Leading contender. MISHPAT (7) is a seven-start maiden who finished sixth at her most recent appearance over 5f at Orange. Suited in this line up and is among the better hopes. MAGIC IRIS (5) resumes from a lay-off of five months. Could only manage to finish 11th at the latest run over 6½f at Hawkesbury. Nicely placed and can figure in the finish.
