FACE ABARRIO (4) has been out of the placings in two runs since a break, the latest when seventh, beaten 41 lengths, over 1m at this track (Dirt) after he travelled towards the rear of the field. Has a solid record at the third run in and is all set to find winning form. BEYOND THE BEND (5) finished just 0. 9 lengths from the winner in third last start over 5½f at this track (Dirt) after racing on the pace. Worth noting Yan Aviles goes aboard. Finds a suitable race and can build on that solid recent effort. FUNNY JOKE (8) built on a nice third two starts back at this track (Dirt) with success over 6f at this track (Dirt) four weeks ago, getting home by 3. 5 lengths. Nicely placed to take this out. ALPHA BLUE (12) is back from a lay-off of seven months. Raced once last campaign and finished second over 5f at Gulfstream Park (Synthetic). Has switched to the Anthony Farrior yard over the break. Will be handy despite the tricky draw. In the mix.
