ROSIE ANN RULES (3) returns after four-and-a-half months in the paddock. Closed the last campaign with a tenth over 5½f at Del Mar (Dirt). Has ability and can get off the mark. SMOOVE OVER (1) settled well back last start and never threatened when 13 lengths from the winner in sixth over 6f at Mahoning Valley (Dirt). Faces an easier assignment so she is a major player. STANFORD HOTTIE (9) showed good speed last time out and fought on well when second over 5f at this track (Dirt). Should settle on the speed despite the draw. Has a good association with Michael Y Pagan with a run of three top-three results. Has claims on her best figures. VANILLA CREAM (5) finished sixth two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 5f at this track, beaten 8 lengths. Finds a suitable race and can find the winner's circle.
