CALL ME VEXATIOUS (4) went forward last start over 1m3 1/4f at this track and held on well for second, beaten half a length. Meeting a tougher field but on his best form he is one of the key runners. PESTO (1) travelled in a rearwards position then picked up fairly well in the straight and finished 5 lengths away in ninth last time out over 1m2f at Caulfield a week ago. Tackles a longer journey this time. Right in the mix. EUREKA'S VICTORY (3) ran well below his best last time over 1m4 1/2f at Morphettville, beaten 5.5 lengths into seventh at 4/1. Has good early speed so should take up a forward position. One of the main contenders. STORMSARRIVED (5) was unwanted in betting last time but scored by 1.75 lengths over 1m4 1/2f at Morphettville. Should park just off the speed. Not to be discounted.
