INTIMEOFNEED (11) showed good early muster and fought on to finish second last start over 5½f at St Arnaud. Drawn to enjoy a nice run just off the speed. In a suitable race and can build on that solid recent effort. FIVE STAR KING (3) resumes in a similar race to his last run five-and-a-half months ago when eighth, beaten 4 lengths. Rates highly and should take some beating. MONT SAINT MICHEL (8) was comfortably accounted for when third last time out over 6f at Moe, beaten 3. 5 lengths. That followed a win at Bairnsdale at the previous outing. Finds a suitable race and can return to winning ways. SOCIAL CONSCIENCE (1) was beaten 6 lengths into fourth over 6f at Moe last time out. Sheridan Clarke gets the best out of this six-year-old gelding. Well placed and can figure in the finish this time.
