DEMOJO (1) ran a strong third over 5f at Caulfield Heath two runs back then was below his best last time over 5½f when 12th, beaten 8 lengths. Looks better placed over this shorter trip so should be in the finish. BINE (5) missed the placings two runs back then didn't feature last start when 13 lengths away in ninth over 6f at Sandown-Lakeside after being in the firing line on the turn. Beautifully placed and is sure to play a major role. SURPRISATIC (3) finished fourth when resuming two runs back then improved last start when he worked home well but found a couple better over 5f at Bendigo, beaten 2. 2. 5 lengths. Nicely placed to take this out. GRAND HOST (7) was prominent at the turn and finished second last time over 5½f at Murray Bridge, beaten 2. 5 lengths. Tackling a more suitable race this time so he is a major player.
