This looks a sterner test than last time but on his best form he is one of the chief contenders. RAGING WATERS (1) returns from a lay-off of three-and-a-half months. Was safely held at the only appearance last prep when ninth over 6½f at Santa Anita (Turf). Makes plenty of appeal.
