MARKS PROMISE (4) finished last campaign with a couple of minor placings, the latest over 6½f at Delta Downs three months ago. Should be poised just off the lead. Best figures should see him run well. NORTHVALE ROAD (3) fought on well to finish third last start over 5½f at Sunland Park (Dirt), beaten one length when fresh from a lay-off. Has the class to play a significant role. ALTO ROAD (1) was well held last time in stakes class, finishing tenth over 6f in Listed grade at Oaklawn Park (Dirt). Sound record at this distance with two wins and four minor placings from seven runs and should be involved in the finish. FLEET OF HOOF (2) was prominent at the turn and finished third last time over 7f at Sam Houston Park (Dirt), beaten 5 lengths. Will trim down following recent racing. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run.
