SAMANTH (10) settled well back last start and never threatened when 6 lengths from the winner in fifth over 5f at Bendigo. Nicely placed to make amends. RELUCTANTLYCHARMED (12) got off the mark over 5½f at Geelong last start, scoring by a nose. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Looms as one of the hardest to beat again. MISS TORONADO (11) finished fifth when when resuming from a lay-off last start over 5f at Caulfield Heath after racing on the pace for much of the way. One of the main contenders. DREAMWOMAN (1) finished seventh over 7f at Caulfield at her most recent appearance on July 13. Has switched to the L & T Corstens & W Larkin stable. Comes here with definite top-three claims.
