LIGHTNING EXPRESS (1) started at 9/2 last time and ran below expectations, finishing fifth and beaten 1.75 lengths at Bendigo over 1m. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. GIDDY UP WARRIOR (6) hasn't been far away lately, last time out finishing just 2.5 lengths back in fourth over 1m at Pakenham. Blinkers go on. Looks a top chance. ROCK REVOLUTION (7) started at 3/1 last time and ran below expectations, finishing sixth and beaten 2.2.5 lengths at Bendigo over 1m after being in the firing line on the turn. Nicely placed to turn things around. DUSTLAND FAIRYTALE (8) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 6½f at Warrnambool, beaten 8 lengths. Strips fitter and can feature in the finish.
