CINCINCITY (2) went forward last start and gave a great sight when second over 6f at Kyneton. Should be prominent despite the wide draw. Expected to take running down again. FORTYFOUR MAGNUM (4) is a three-start maiden who finished fourth, beaten 2.5 lengths, when resuming from a lay-off last start over 6f at Warrnambool. Definite top-three hope with plenty of improvement to come. PLEASE ME DO (7) was beaten for early speed and didn't come into contention when a disappointing seventh over 5½f at this track most recently. Suitably placed so anticipating a better run this time.
