ROSEFINCH (4) is still a maiden after 10 starts. Managed to fill a minor placing at Gatton two starts back before finishing fifth over 6¾f at Warwick last start. Won't get too many better chances to open her account. LITERACY (11) did little and finished 10 lengths from the winner in seventh over 7f at Gatton last start after being in the firing line on the corner, a less impressive effort than her fourth at Sunshine Coast the run before. Best figures measure up nicely. Sure to run well. DESTINY GUNGHO (2) had been rock-solid with two placings in a row before finishing seventh over 7¾f at Murwillumbah last start. Has the gate speed to take up a forward position. Capable of testing this field. WINDFLOWER (7) faded right out of it last time over 1m at Toowoomba after showing good early speed and leading for much of the way, eventually finishing sixth. Sure to give a sight.
