WELCOME RED SUN (8) resumed three weeks ago over 7f at Newcastle and was only beaten 1.75 lengths into fourth. Perfectly placed and is sure to find some form. OCEAN MARINER (11) finished 1.5 lengths from the winner in fifth last start over 1m at this track, an improvement on his seventh on debut at this track the run before. Will enjoy a drop in class so he can find the winners' list. ALZAMAN (1) has not raced since his debut back on December 1 when he finished fifth over 7½f at Newcastle. Plenty of scope for improvement. COSMIC AVENGER (9) was in the firing line on the bend and finished third last time over 1m at this track, beaten 0.9 lengths. Will trim down following recent racing. Likely improver with top-three claims again.
