Steps up a level but he is good enough to take this out. ASSERTIVENESS (9) was a determined maiden winner last time out, scoring by 0.1 lengths over 1m at Gulfstream Park (Turf). Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Shaping up nicely and he is right in the mix again. AFTER TAXES (13) recorded his first win last start over 7½f at Gulfstream Park (Turf), getting home by 0.8 lengths. Sparingly raced and has more to offer. Harder here but should be involved in the finish.
