INDY MAGIC (11) finished out of the money when fresh from a lay-off two starts back then was beaten 7 lengths when sixth in a 1m1/2f contest at Oaklawn Park two weeks ago. The engagement of Luan Machado is noteworthy. Faces an easier assignment so he is one of the main contenders. GAMBLERS TAIL (10) settled well back and failed to come on last start when sixth over 5½f at Oaklawn Park (Dirt) at his first run back from a break. Fitter and the blinkers come off. One of the main hopes. GOLDBRICK (3) finished fourth last start over 1m1/2f at Fairgrounds (Dirt) after racing on the pace for much of the way. Has ability and a bold showing is expected.
