EVELYN MAY (4) scored at her most recent appearance, getting home by half a length over 1m2 1/4f at Doomben. That continued the solid form this campaign, with three wins from seven outings. Sure to go well again. PIERONIMO (8) doesn't boast the best winning strike rate but ran a nice race when fresh from a lay-off last time out, finishing third and beaten only 2 lengths over 7f at Sunshine Coast when he did his best work late. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. MR O'REILLY (6) made progress last start to finish second over 1m1f at Gold Coast after being prominent at the bend. Finds a suitable race and can figure in the finish. MOONSHINE RUN (3) showed little early speed last start then came with a powerful run to finish third over 1m1/2f at this track. Can sneak into the finish.
