USE YOUR ILLUSION (6) was well fancied last start over 7f at Sunshine Coast when third, beaten 6 lengths. Certainly deserves another chance. SKORPIOS ISLE (7) knuckled down strongly to get within 1.1 lengths of the winner in second last start over 1m1/2f at this track. Leading player again. IONACELTIC (5) dropped out from the rails draw before closing late to finish fourth over 6¾f at this track last start. Outsprinted in the run home but kept coming and looks suited by the extra ground. Can get home into the finish. PISTON REBEL (3) was unwanted in betting on debut last start but ran a strong race, finishing second and beaten 5.5 lengths over 7f at Sunshine Coast. Has upside and must be respected.
