VIKING VALOUR (4) finished 8 lengths adrift in seventh last time at Sunshine Coast in a disappointing performance. Beautifully placed and is sure to play a major role. INVADING JILLY (6) is still a maiden after nine starts. Managed to fill a minor placing at Ipswich two starts back before finishing fourth over 5f at Goondiwindi last start. Likely to be about the money. GARTAN (3) finished out of the money when fresh from a lay-off two starts back then was beaten 3 lengths when seventh in a 5f contest at Gayndah a week ago. Finds a nice race and can feature in the finish. STELL'S ANGEL (8) was beaten 1. Best efforts measure up so worth another chance.
