CHESTERAY (2) finished eighth last start over 7f at Armidale after racing on the pace for much of the way. Rates highly and expected to go well. DIXIE CAN (3) showed little early speed last start and failed to come on in the straight when tenth, beaten 5.5 lengths, over 5f at Tamworth. Perfectly placed and is sure to take plenty of stopping. HALLOWED SON (4) doesn't win out of turn, scoring just two times from 25 starts. Again tasted defeat last start when fifth over 6½f at Moree, beaten 4.5 lengths. This is a nice drop in grade so he can take this out. AVOID ME (8) hit the frame two starts ago at Newcastle but ran below par last time when seventh and beaten 4 lengths over 6f at Nowra. Best figures measure up nicely. Solid top-three prospects.
