WESTERN EAGLE (5) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 15 lengths when tenth in a 5½f contest at Bingara five weeks ago. It doesn't get any easier but on his best form he is capable of a big performance. WABRAMI (9) finished 0.6 lengths from the winner in fourth last start over 5½f at Bathurst, an improvement on his sixth at Gulargambone the run before. Has the talent to produce a better result. HOTTIE (3) returns from a lay-off of three-and-a-half months and is having her first run for a new yard. Finished fifth at Murwillumbah over 5f when when resuming last time in work. Sure to make her presence felt. DEHERO (2) hasn't been able to break through for an extended period, the latest effort a ninth over 6½f at Armidale after racing in the leading division. Well placed and can run a better race.
