DESIGNER BAG (10) ran well on debut last start to finish second over 7½f at this track (Turf) in a tougher race. Has a wide gate to overcome but a big run is anticipated. GOLDEN VALLEY (1) has started twice, missing the frame on debut then doing a better job to finish third last time, beaten a neck over 7½f at this track (Turf). Has the pace to take a forward position. Top chance this line-up. SOUPER AMUSING (5) is still a maiden after three runs. Was popular in betting last time out but after being in the firing line on the corner didn't live up to market expectations, finishing fifth over 5½f at Laurel (Turf). Suited in this line up and is among the better hopes. LADY RIVER LILY (6) is back after a break of three-and-a-half months. At the last run before the layoff she finished sixth over 1m1/2f at Saratoga (Turf). Nicely placed and can figure in the finish.
