Finds a suitable race and can return to the winner's circle. AUSTONIAN (9) returns from a lay-off of nine months and is having his first run for a new yard. Finished fifth at Del Mar (Dirt) over 5½f when when resuming last time in work. Rates highly and makes plenty of appeal. SMOKIN BOW (10) doesn't win out of turn, scoring just once from 22 starts. Did a good job last start to finish third over 6f at this track, beaten 1.5 lengths. Placed to advantage and can make his presence felt.
