HOT STRIKE (11) was a strong winner last time over 1m3/4f at Scottsville, scoring by a long neck to make it two on end. Has the gate speed to take up a forward position. Will prove tough to beat. MYSTERIOUS GIRL (8) finished 3.5 lengths away in fourth last time out over 1m3/4f at Scottsville five weeks ago as 11/4 favourite. Tackles a longer journey this time. Has good early speed so should take up a forward position. One to consider. MANIC MONDAY (9) hit the frame two starts ago at this track but ran below par last time when seventh and beaten 3.5 lengths over 1m2f at this track. Looks well placed so expect a better run this time.
