CALIDO MAGIC (6) returned from a break last start and drifted well back before closing powerfully to score over 5f at Gosford, getting home by 0.6 lengths. Good record at this journey with two wins and a placing from four starts and is expected to be in the finish. LADY TULESSA (2) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 5f at Taree, beaten 5 lengths into sixth. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. DONT CALL ME HONEY (4) is struggling to break through but hasn't been far away, the latest effort a fourth, beaten 2.5 lengths, over 5f at Sunshine Coast. Comes down a level this time. Should be involved in the finish. IOBJECT (5) faded last time to finish ninth over 6f at Eagle Farm after showing good early speed. Can do much better.
