TALANA (1) did a good job last time, finishing in the money when third over 6f at Port Macquarie. Should park just off the speed. Best form puts him right in this. ICON OF STYLE (10) finished fifth over 6½f at Ballina when resuming last start, beaten only 0.9 lengths after being in contention on the bend. Nicely placed to take this out. NORTHERN BOOGIE (16) drifted back and never threatened when eighth last start over 6f at Port Macquarie. Best figures measure up nicely. Solid top-three prospects.
