STARLACCA (12) is returning from a lay-off of four months. Finished ninth at Werribee over 5½f at the first run last prep. Now with a new trainer Joseph Burges. Plenty to like about her prospects. VOCATION (18) started at 13/2 last time on the back of a win at Ballina two starts ago but was below his best, finishing eighth over 5f at Port Macquarie. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. COOL FIZZ (4) missed the placings two starts back then ran a better race and finished 3.5 lengths away in fifth last time out over 5f at Port Macquarie after being in contention on the bend. Yet to miss the placings in three starts over this course and distance. Has her share of talent. Hard to beat in this suitable race. EGOTISTIC (8) has not won for a long while. Last raced on April 27 when beaten 6 lengths into seventh at Port Macquarie over 6f. In the right race and should be about the mark.
