Looks well placed so expect a better run this time. MORE THAN A STAR (7) finished second last start at the first run back from a lay-off over 5f at Scone when she did her best work late, beaten 1.2 lengths. Placed to advantage and can feature in the finish. FIRE KIRIN (14) has been out of the winner's list for a long time, last start finishing sixth at Ballina over 5f after being prominent at the bend. Nicely placed to turn things around.
