DIAMOND EPIC (7) missed the frame but not disgraced in town when fifth at Doomben. Returns to home track this time. Won't find this assignment as tough. Well placed and sure to run well. ZOUSAIN BOLT (2) is a distance specialist who improved sharply on his sixth two starts back at this track with success over 7f at this track two weeks ago, getting home by a neck after being in the firing line on the bend. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot repeat the dose. GORBACHEV (4) finished third when resuming two runs back at this track then progressed nicely last time out to score by a neck over 6f at Doomben. Has the class to figure prominently. SPEED MAP (9) missed the placings two runs back then didn't do any better last start when 13 lengths away in seventh over 5½f at Gold Coast Poly. Well placed and can figure in the finish this time.
