TRISKELION (2) doesn't win out of turn but ran a strong race when resuming from a lay-off last time out over 5f at this track, finishing third and beaten 1. 5 lengths. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. HIT (9) was in contention on the turn and progressed nicely last start to finish a close third over 5f at Sunshine Coast after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Nicely placed to play a pivotal role. HEROIC BEACH (1) was out of the money two runs back when fresh from a lay-off then again missed the frame last start over 6f at Toowoomba, beaten 8 lengths into sixth. Finds a nice race and can atone.
