KELPUM'S KEEPER (4) was responsible for a solid effort last time out when third at Toowoomba over 5½f, beaten 1.4 lengths. That run should have him rock-hard fit now. Ready to win. YAKITORI (10) is a maiden galloper who hasn't raced since finishing 3 lengths back in sixth over 5½f at Ipswich four months ago. Looks to be in good order after placing in a trial. Looks set for a bright return. MAGIC INVADER (12) missed the placings two runs back then was always well out of his ground last start when 4.5 lengths away in seventh over 5½f at Beaudesert. Finds a nice race and can figure in the finish. TUESDAY (13) missed the placings on debut two runs back then didn't feature last start when 7 lengths away in sixth over 5½f at Toowoomba. Must raise the bar but a big run is on the cards.
