FIRE THE GUARD (5) made progress last start to finish third over 5f at Pinjarra Scarpside. Perfectly placed and is sure to take plenty of stopping. MIFF MUFFERED MOOF (10) was prominent into the straight last time but couldn't go on with it and finished fourth over 6f at this track. Finds a suitable assignment this time and is a great chance to break through. LIGHTNING GOLD (2) is a five-start maiden who finished fifth at his most recent appearance over 6f at Ascot. Suited in this line up and is among the better hopes. VIKING FOREVER (1) missed the placings two runs back then didn't do any better last start when 18 lengths away in 11th over 6f at this track. Capable of featuring prominently.
