COLT FORTY FIVE (1) is racing well including a last start sixth over 7f141yards at this track. Great chance to break through. DON'T SAY NO MIKKI (2) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 5½f at Horsham, beaten 0. 8 lengths. Meets some better types this time but this is well within his grasp. KIRKHOEPASSE (9) is a first-starter by Ole Kirk from the former top race mare La Passe who has in turn produced the winner of a black type. Was in the placings in her most recent trial at Cranbourne. Has the right credentials to make a bright start to her career despite a tricky gate. CELESTIAL ZARA (8) wasn't far away on debut last start over 6f at Yarra Valley, finishing third and beaten 4 lengths. Has upside and must be respected.
