LEVAR (4) wasn't far away on debut last start over 4f at Ipswich, finishing third and beaten 0.8 lengths. Likely improver who is expected to be in the finish. ENDING Set Weights EET (9) has not raced since her debut back on November 4 when she finished ninth over 5f at Eagle Farm. Much better for that run and can get off the mark this time. OAKFIELD PANTHER (2) finished 1.75 lengths from the winner in fourth last start after being in the firing line on the turn over 4f at Warwick, an improvement on his tenth at Esk the run before. It doesn't get any easier but on his best form he is one of the chief contenders. DEMES GIRL (6) is a four-start maiden who returned last time and finished sixth at Toowoomba over 4f76yards, beaten 5.5 lengths. Will derive great benefit from that outing and deserves consideration.
