NEVERENOUGHLEGO (13) displayed plenty of early toe and went on to score by 2. 5 lengths last time out over 6f at Rockhampton. Drawn to enjoy a good run on the speed. Needs to be at his best to beat this field but he cannot be underestimated. ELECTRIC ARROW (15) had been rock-solid with two placings in a row before finishing eighth over 6f at Doomben last start. Expected to improve sharply. MERCIAN (8) finished second last time over 5f at this track when resuming from a lay-off, beaten 1. 2 lengths. Nicely placed to fill a top-three spot again.
